Our products are free from artificial fragrance, alcohol, and harsh ingredients.

Do your products contain any fragrance?

No. All BONSKIN products are100% fragrance-free.
We believe skincare should feel clean, calming, and never overwhelming—especially for sensitive skin. That’s why we intentionally leave out both artificial and natural fragrances to make our formulas as gentle and universal as possible.

Does the mineral water actually benefit the skin?

Can pregnant women use BONSKIN?

We ship from our New Jersey fulfillment center. Orders typically arrive within2–4 business days.

Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does it take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Where do orders ship from?
All orders are fulfilled from our New Jersey facility.

Shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $90. For orders under $90, a flat shipping rate will apply at checkout.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel at ease with every part of your BONSKIN experience—but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns of unopened products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

If you're a first-time customer, you're welcome to return a gently used product one time—just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at hello@bonskin.shop with your order number and a short note about why you’re returning the product.
This helps us understand your experience and continue improving. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Who covers return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Will I receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees). You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is processed.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If anything arrives broken or compromised, please email us at hello@bonskin.shop within 3 days of delivery and include a photo.
We’ll send you a replacement or offer a full refund—whichever you prefer.
